Organizations 2009

The organizations section of the yearbook is meant to feature prominent and distinguishing student organizations and their events around the Berkeley campus. Every single CLL organization is listed at least by name in the book. Below are opportunities to be more than just a name.

Two-Page Featured Spread

What better way to highlight your organization than to give it its very own place in the yearbook? If you believe your organization has an amazing, can-only-happen-this-year story, apply here for a two-page featured spread. These spreads are absolutely free and are selected by a committee commited to being as inclusive and varied in our choices as possible. There are no fees associated with either the application or selection process.

Club Blurbs

Want to give a bit of oomph to your group? Instead of being just a name, include a brief 150-word blurb! It can either describe your group's involvement on the UC Berkeley campus, group's mission, officers, and/or highlights/events from the 2009 school year. Additionally, you can also submit one group photograph to accompany your blurb. Submit yours here. Since space is incredibly tight in our book and every blurb acts as an ad for your club, each one is $5 and your one accompanying photograph is $2 (the photo is optional).

Deadlines

The deadline for both the two-page featured spread application and submission of blurbs is Saturday, March 14 at 11:59 PM. Selections for the featured two-page spread will be made by 6pm on March 16. EDIT: Deadline for blurb submission has been extended to Sunday, April 19 at 11:59 PM
